EU CONFIRMS COMMITMENT TO UKRAINE.

Europe will always be with Ukraine, - European Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen in Davos.

Ukraine “has been surprising the whole world for almost a year now,” von der Leyen said. Kyiv resisted in February 2022, the Ukrainians repulsed the aggressor and continue to fight.

“I can assure you that Europe will always be with Ukraine. Despite doubts by many that European support will be permanent, today Ukraine is a candidate for EU membership. And the EU countries are transferring more and more weapons," she stressed.

"We will help as necessary. We will help restore heating and water supply, and we will participate in the long-term restoration of Ukraine," the President of the European Commission stressed.
