UN Warns Kiev over Church Searches.

The UN has called on the Kiev Authorities to fully comply with the norms of International Law when conducting searches in places of worship.

UN Assistant Secretary General for Human Rights Ilse Brands Kehris spoke via a videoconference at a meeting of the Security Council convened by Russia in connection with the recent searches of the Orthodox Church in Ukraine.
